Noon: 4 miles on the eliptical, 1 mile row, weights. It's been about two weeks since I've lifted so I just did two sets of each exercise. Went home and fell asleep. Still more or less chronically tired. Took some iron and am going to tweak a couple things and hopefully it will improve.
AM: Woke up early, had two cups of coffee and a banana and then walked Rosie. Drove up to Millcreek and did 15k on the Pipeline Trail in 1:25:23 so 9:11 pace.
Going to Red Butte tonight to see Jason Isbell. Excited about the show but it might be the last time I choose to endure the Red Butte scene.
