Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I'm sore. Walked 4 miles and read a lot. Lazy Sunday..
PM: Hiked 3 miles on the Pipeline Trail with my kiddos after Ann left for work. Andy whacked stuff with a stick the entire way. Beautiful sunset - the clouds finally cleared in the late afternoon. It's always a good idea to get your kids outside. It's nice to see how light they become.
Non-stop work, meetings, and kids activities until 9 pm. I went out for a run then, something I really needed for my outlook, but had to stop after a mile because of my screwy right knee.
5.5 treadmill miles plus one stair master mile squeezed between the end of school and the track banquet. I've been at work until at least 8:30 every night this week.
