Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I made it home in time to take Andy to his first spring baseball practice. I'm glad he like baseball - the thinking mans sport.
10 miles on the Porter Rockwell Trail from Draper Park. Averaged 7:27.
10 miles around Sugar House. Didn't get out the door until 8:30 pm.
Easy run around Highland track.
The Shadley's are coming for a visit tonight. We're running the Leopard Run 5k tomorrow. Should be fun.
