I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: 4 easy miles around Sugar House Park. Knees are hurting some. Will take it day to day.
AM: 2.25 mile walk.
PM: 7.25 mile run around a North Salt Lake industrial park.
PM: 4.5 miles at Liberty Park. Bit of a late day at work and had to get Andy to baseball so all I had time for. I'm not complaining though because I feel like I need a rest week.
AM: 2 mile walk just to get out in the sunshine. Mid 60s today in Salt Lake.
PM: 8.25 miles in the gully. No shirt!
PM: 7 miles on the treadmill.
Starting to get concerned about how this virus thing is going to play out.
AM: 10.25 treadmill miles at 7:45 pace.
