Walked 11 miles. Yes, that took a while.
PM: 6.5 miles in The Gully which was, amazingly, snow-free on the last day of January.
It was good to get outside and stare at the mountains. I've been spending too much time indoors under flourescent lights.
PM: 3 mile jog around the Alta track.
PM: 2 miles, lots of push-ups, sit-ups etc...
AM: 7 miles around Sugar House Park.
Spent the rest of the day at the divisional (half of the state) wrestling tournament. Andy finished 4th to qualify for his first state tournament in two weeks.
