PM: 5.25 miles on the Helix thingy. Light weight/core workout.

I'm taking an extended break from running. My first in about 10 years. I'm going to pass on any winter racing and hopefully resume training sometime in March so I'll be able to do some quality summer racing. In the meantime, I plan to do lots of swimming and other forms of cross training plus some skiing and hiking.

Book recommendation: The Long Haul by Finn Murphy (no relation as far as I know).

PM: Nothing today. I did walk over to Barnes and Noble while Andy was at jiu-jitsu. Along the way, I had some positive, restorative thoughts.
