Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Thanks Jeff. I'm not fit enough for that. Walked several miles too. Brought only 1 bottle of water and no gels or anything with calories.

A few years ago, I took a wrong turn in PC, but didn't make it to 20 miles. The fire station bailed me out with a drink and a water bottle. I finally caught a bus back to where we were staying.
