Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

that's a good kind of day. it teaches you to endure a crappy beginning because there's always a chance it can turn the corner. sometimes it doesn't, but you don't want to miss out on bliss.
that said, this is coming from someone who quit a run last week because i was feeling crappy.
learning and reminders -- that's why i stick around here.
