I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: 22 miles on the bike at the Dunedin Community Center gym.

Unplanned week in Dunedin. My mom is in the hospital and my sister who lives here is out of town for a month which was leaving the burden of my mom on my brother-in-law. So I'm here for eight days. She gets discharged soon.

As usual on summet trips to Florida, I will be whining about the heat and humidity. It hit 100 in Tampa Sunday for the first time ever. But the term "climate change" has been banned here so it can't be that.
