Just an easy run around Sugarhouse Park. Way more sore today than I should have been after yesterday's run.

Hey Rob, looks like some good runs. Is the weather helping you out? I am STILL trying to get my leg to heal up. I haven't been able to constistantly run for over a month which is very disheartening, but I have been trying to stay on the eliptical and keep my cardio up.
Not that this will happen any time soon, but I had some questions about refueling during long runs. Do you take water bottles with you on 15-20 mile runs? I was wondering about this the other day. The longest I have gone without drinking is 13 miles, but I don't think I could do 7 more with no water. Also, do you have a routine for drinking/taking gels during a marathon that you've done a few times?
Sorry so long. I value your experience and advice. Thanks!
