Easy run around the neighborhood after Andy's baseball game.

The race this Saturday is looking really doubtful for me. The Pee Wee Braves, those first grade juggernauts, are steamrolling through the playoffs (defeated the Yankees tonight 12-6) and it looks like they will be playing two games on Saturday. Since Abby has a swim meet as well and Ann is taking her to that, I don't see how I can make the race.

Plus an elephant is standing on my chest and won't get off.

Andrea and I have a pact. If we have kids, they are never going to find out about baseball until its too late for them to start playing. It may take some creative use of internet parental controls, but we'd be committed to making sure they are never exposed to the sport for 10-12 years, at which point we would hope they have different interests.

Hope you feel better.

But if you don't expose them to baseball you risk raising communists.

I wouldn't complain about a $25 million contract.

Can you get a contract that big for being a communist? Sounds more lucrative than road racing...
