20 miles in 2:29:56. Circling around Sugar House.
It wasn't easy from a mental standpoint. Should have done an out-and-back on a mountain trail but couldn't swing it with family logistics.

20 miles around Sugarhouse park?
I hope you changed directions every once in awhile.
You would go insane if you didn't.

Wow.. Tough outing Rob. The mental toughness aspect is definitely something that needs to be trained as much as the physical. Nice run.

Circle around my house next time, I have an entire fridge full of Midwestern beer.

Nice run Rob. We should plot out a sugar house marathon. It could include the ABC streets, some trail running on the Miller Park Path and in the Wasatch Hollow, a tour of the Ivy streets, a few laps around Imperial, Sugar House and Fairmont Parks, illegally running on the country club's golf course, a couple of times through the tunnel and then finish with laps at Highland High. I am sure Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Wasatch Pub, Chick Fil A, and Yogurtland would gladly stock the aid stations.

Way to crank out the full 20 despite the repetitiveness of doing laps. I'm sure I would've cut the run short in that situation.
