From downtown Midway to Soldier Hollow and back with Bret. Nice run. Cold run!

We saw porch sheep, a blue ice castle, and a bunch of Swiss stuff.

PM: 1 mile treadmill warm-up, 45 minutes of strength/core training, 1.5 hard stair-steppin.

Just realized I might break 70 miles for the week.

The Swiss are famous for cheese, knives, watches, and chocolate. Betcha didn't know that little tidbit of history, professor.

Hopefully you were a good friend and took Bret to the Tarahumara restaurant.

They also have the best flower decorations in window baskets.

I have photo evidence of the porch sheep and the ice castles...just need a "how to" instructional to post here in the comments.

I was able to post on my blog.

Photos are easier now that Sasha updated the toolbar. You just need to upload them somewhere (Dropbox, Picasa, etc) then when you update your blog, click on the little image icon in the toolbar (looks like a mountain) and paste in the link to the photo. You can resize it right in the box that pops up.

However if you are updating on iPad/phone, I'd forget about trying. Its more complicated that way.

Thanks Jake - got it posted on my blog - just couldn't get it posted on the comment.
