Treadmill run plus weights and core stuff with my track kids. I'm coaching track again this year after a three year break.

Unlike many people on this blog I don't mind treadmill running.

That's great, I'm sure the guys are thrilled you are coaching track this year. You are like Phil Jackson... you step away to your ranch in Montana (or Sugar House), but everyone wants you back.

I think it might be an understatement to say you don't "mind" treadmill running. I've seen you opt for the 'mill when its perfectly nice outside!

Wow! Thanks Jake!

I've always been a Phil Jackson fan.

I probably did the most treadmill running, as a percent of all running, when I lived in Southern California. Maybe I was scared of the traffic...or I don't mind treadmills either.

Trying to run before work during Logan winters got me very used to treadmills. As long as ESPN is on or I've got a podcast, I'm good to go. I've even done 22 mile runs watching NFL playoff games.

I am one of those who hate the 'mill'. Yes, I hate them!

+1 for treadmills in the mix.
