Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

I did a 5k with Andy in 45 minutes. Stopped halfway to play on the playground at his school.

Andy sort of did obstacle race training, assuming the playground section involved some monkey bars or something similar. That's where the money is... Max King just won like $30K in one of those races. Smart kid.

Probably not monkey bars, Jake. Not sure what they have in Utah though. They started doing away with monkey bars and merry go rounds because kids were hurting themselves. Turns out they were the best part of the playground and kids hurt themselves! Who knew?

Every now and then you can still find one of those all-steel playgrounds from the 1950s and 1960s. Those were the best as compared with these plastic playgrounds today.
I think about 15% of my elementary school classes had their arms or legs in casts at any given time in the 70s.
