Cold (15 degrees) morning run, but a nice 10.25 miles around Sugar House.

Got some good news today... the Alta boys made it into the championship race at Nike Southwest. We were definiteluy on the bubble.

Nice afternoon. We drove up to Park City to meet Jake, Andrea, and Amiee at the Jupiter Bowl. Bowling, air hockey, and basketball. Fun! I need to socialize more. Keeps me from being too grumpy.

It was all football today. I did get a free beer though.

I can't believe that free beer wasn't a part of a sting operation. Great bowling today, you looked relaxed and smooth.

Hmmmm tangled wisps, that's why I bowled so terribly!

Allie you were greatly missed, but with Abby knocking pins down in the neighboring lane it was like you were still here!

Good for the Alta boys! We cancelled at Nike Cross Northwest due to the weather and treacherous road conditions. Boys are a bit bummed, but didn't want to run in crappy conditions either.

I've always wished we could make the relatively short drive to Boise for Nike Northwest rather than the long haul down to Phoenix.

Not this year though. Looks like low 70s and sunny on Saturday!

Sorry it didn't work out for your kids Jeff.
