I am worried about you. Are you okay....?

I'm pretty ok Eva but for the achy achilles tendon. How are you?
From Eva Splaine on Sat, Feb 11, 2023 at 14:40:45 from 77.111.246.126
Maybe the achy achilles explains it. I have read your recent blogs and it seemed to me that there was no fire, excitement and enthusiasm like before, and so I was worried.
Maybe my feelings regarding your blog entries were just reflecting my own recent lack of enthusiasm toward running.
I just can't seem to get back that desire I used to have to go out and run and train.
In other areas of my life though, I am excited to start my university studies and pursue a career. :)

Hope you're doing well Rob! If you don't have one already I highly recommend a massage gun. Not sure if its a universal fix, but massaging my calves and doing calf raises makes all the difference for my achilles.
