Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Cool, Thanks Rob for the comment on my blog, and it looks like it will be a great day. I will drop bret a line. Good luck to you as well. If he has done that many he will be able to break that here I would think. Did you tell him how fast it can be, but leave out the part that we wont be doing stairs for a week after and need to use a bed pan cuz we cant get down to the toilet after doing it. Tough recovery race for us old guys. But it was my first back in 1975 so I have a fondness for it.
