Just curious, what makes the G-series so great? I have to say that I LOVE their commercials!!!! :) :) :)

It's expensive so it must be great.

Right?

Very good point!!

Okay, I will go empty my wallet.

So ... I should likely look for the store that charges the most for it. Then I am truly getting the best of the best. :)

Hey Rob, noticed that you ran the Austin 3M this year - awesome time in that heat and humidity that we had. I was a spectator this year but quite a few friends ran it.

I found the G2 "prime" to be awesome before a hard workout. I also take one before my races. If the packs were not so big I would carry them for fuel during a marathon. It would definitely go down easier than a gel.

David - I checked out your blog. Yeah, I had a great time in Austin. It was my first time visiting your town. I have a good friend who lives there ant was an excellent guide.

My wife will be able to meet me along the course in my next marathon. Maybe I'll have her bring the G2 stuff along. Thanks for the tip.

Rob - it is the G Pro Series not the G2 series - (which is ultimately probably more expensive.) Hope you got the right thing. It is good stuff though.
