Zero miles running.

Plenty of lawn mowing and associated yard work though. Plus a nice walk around the neighborhood with Ann.

Did anyone here listen to a band called The Replacements back in the 80s? One of my favorites. They had a song with a line that went, "the plan was to sweep the world off its' feet so you sweep the garage for the neighbors to see". Happy Town I think the song was.

That's how I mostly am. I'll get ambitious sometimes, but just a little bit.

Yes - Paul Westerberg - I believe - the lyric is from Happy Town --"The plan was to set the world on its ear

And I bet you don't know why you're here"

I saw them twice. One opening for Tom Petty. Petty stole a lyric from Westerberg... "A rebel without a clue".

The other time was at the Cuban Club in Ybor. They were too drunk to play any of their songs. They would play about 30 seconds of each song and fall apart.

I was just a pup in the 80s but I have since come to enjoy the band. A friend introduced me to them about 5 years ago. Good stuff.
