Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Watched football, went to see the movie Selma. Definite candidate for best picture in my opinion. It will give me lots to talk about in class.

The best part about Oscar season is that the production companies send out DVDs of all the new releases to the people who vote, and inevitably every movie ends up online for free. I'll have to check out Selma. The preview made it look interesting, but the same could be said for the Transformers 17 trailer, so it's nice to get the nod of approval from an esteemed critic.
We watched American Sniper over the weekend, which was pretty good but probably not quite Oscar-worthy.
