I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Stress management run tonight in Mesa with Greg. 7:12 pace. Boys took 3rd at NXN and top two go to Nationals. We have a shot at an at large bid but have to wait for all of the regions next week and hope Nike calls us. Lucy took 4th so she is going to Oregon in two weeks.
