Ran up around the Res and down Emeline and the trail with the varsity guys today.  It was a way nice afternoon for a run.  Good conversation with the kids, at least the semi mature ones!:)  7:05 pace for the 6 mile run.  Psoas is a little extra tight today for some reason, but felt good other than that..

Your paces are starting to scare me. BTW, I think the marathon is full, so I hear. Guess I could just check for myself. Regardless, I will be there running or cheering.

Sometimes when I'm running with my guys I actually forget they are students or teenagers and I begin to think of them as actual human beings.

Tara - You better be there, or I won't talk to you again for another 12 years! :)

Rob- Yeah, I have to talk myself into treating some of them like human beings. Others it just might never happen?!
