Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
When you get to feeling safe about running on it again I would try a shoe with a higher heel lift maybe. Just a thought beecause it seemed to help somebody else I gave advice to. What do you wear currently?
I didn't end up going down to AF. You should have called and told me about the Turkey Trot. I would have loved a turkey. Hope you get better!
