I did an easy 3.5 miles with my son in our bike trailor/stroller. It isn't the best jogging stroller because the front wheel is a little one that you just hook on to the bike hitch. The ride wasn't too bad, but the front wheel did move alot with rocks and bumps. I was planning on 5 miles today, but 3.5 was enough pushing my son. No watch, but I think I was running just over 8 minute pace. The achilles isn't sore anymore but it is still somewhat stiff. I am looking forward to Des News 10k tomorrow, I have never done it before and am hoping for a good time.

Good luck tomorrow. Des News is a fast course and under 33 for you is very much possible. Enjoy the bacon smell as you run along the parade route!

Good luck tomorrow. Go beat Paul and Cody.

Oh, I'll beat Paul for sure! He really isn't that fast!
