Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
I ran a morning run from Sun Crest in St. George around that area. It rained on me but felt really good because it is warmer down here than in Utah county. We are going the rest on the way to Long Beach today to get on our cruise. First 5 day week since St. George last year.
