We went to South Jordan to time a 5k for some people putting the race on.  We decided to have the kids do the race for practice today.  After the distance kids ran the race, Greg and I took them out for a cool down.  We ran the course backward and forward pretty much.  7:45 pace for the run.  It was very windy today, but still warm.  I hit my mileage goal again this week with 45 miles.  I feel tired, but not too tired this week, so I am getting better.

Good job on getting the mileage in. I hope this is a good year for you.

I am running again, so it is already a good year.

I do hope that I can get back into decent form though.

Thanks!

Weekly mileage, check! Love when that happens! Yep, good things for you I think.

Nice job hitting your goal! A few of us are planning on an easy run of the Riverton Half course this Saturday around 7 am. You are more than welcome to join.

Chad- I would love to, but I am taking my track team down to St. George for a meet this weekend. I'll take a rain check.
