I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Ran the park trail with walter and Kelly my legs were still hurting from Moab. I also did a hour spin class at night.

Ran daybreak with Charity walter and Danielle, Oh my Goss it was cold I mean freezing.  My legs feel better than wens run.

Ran the Riverton half marathon this morning burr were the first 8 miles cold with the head wind.  my legs were hurting and I had no energy but then..... i ate a stinger packet a little gatorade and I felt great.  The last half was a lot easier for me than the first, due mainly to that heat wind and not filling my hands and arms.  Done complaining, thought the course was fast with all the corners.  I liked it and thought it was a fun run.
