Personal:

I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Rna this morning with walter and danielle, very windy in the face on the first half thinking it would push me back but no the wind stopped for the return of the park trail.  Finished running probabaly 15 minutes before the snow started.  That was close.

Did a spin class this afternoon it was hard and felt great after

Got up at 4:50am this morning to run with Walter but he was not feeling well I think it may have been that he saw the pelting snow and rain but I was already dressed so I ran with charity around the neighborhood, and when I hit 11400 south the snow quit so it was light rain which wasent that bad except my feet were soaked, glad I ran
