I went for a run this morning after carrying the kids to school.
I am confused, Yesterday I ran 4 miles and it felt like my fitness had melted away.I struggled to finish.
Today I ran 5.53 miles in 43:53 @ 7:55/pace and it felt comfortable.???? I haven't got this figured out yet.
Update** I felt so good today that I went back out this afternoon and ran again.I did'nt warm up I just took off.
3.1 miles in 23:26 @ a 7:33/pace This would be a new pr by 28 seconds if I were running a 5k. I dont want this day to end. |
