AM: Some timed intervals.  Nothing special.  6/5/4/3/2/1 with half time recoveries.  Skipped the 3-minute interval.  I was feeling light-headed.

PM: mid-week long run.  800ft elevation, 7:56/mile avg on the tread.

AM: 3.1 miles and lifted.

PM: 10.1 miles, 5 fast with hills.  Half mile on, 1:00 off (normal running) for the five miles (so 10 reps) and surges on the hills/bridges.

AM: 10.2 miles, 9:15/mile pace.  Surprisingly felt decent.

PM: 7.5 miles, 9:08/mile pace.

AM: Trail run with 5-mile progressive to finish it off.  Then ran a little extra to get to my distance goal of 110.  I don't really have a good reason for wanting to run that much, just felt like it this week I guess.
