AM: 3 miles and then lifting.
PM: Biked for 13 miles.
Late PM: 8.2 mile workout with Darek, 6k worth of speed with honest recoveries (2:00). ~5:50/mile pace. The bike ride really sapped my energy for the workout, but I did try my best.
