AM: 14.4 miles, 6:44/mile pace with Darek.  Yesterday was killing me a bit, so we sped it up today to loosen everything up.  The weather was shockingly good.  Probably the first time the weather and temperature been anywhere near normal since... March?  All I know is it's the first time I wanted to run outside the moment I stepped out the door.
