AM: 10+ miles at track in Safety Harbor. Joined in on a 1600, 1200, 400, and two 200s. No watch this morning, but ran pretty hard. Super humid and hot today. This might be ominous for tonight's workout.
PM: 10 miles at track in East Lake- super hot and humid. Workout was 10x500 with 300 jog recoveries. Anthony was there, but didn't join. I don't really know why. I'm really happy with the outcome of this workout- I did dig deep, but I am working solo, so psychologically it of course will be tough always. My cadence was great today (190s) and sped up as the workout went on.
