AM: 10.3 miles in the pouring rain. As I have said- running in thunderstorms and through flooded streets is MUCH better than running in the sun. The chaffing afterwards disagrees with me...
PM: 10 mile bike ride.

i ordered like 4 pairs of asics shorts off eastbay about a year ago, the lining in them is like a speedo for a 12 year-old. i had to buy a few pairs of half-tights to wear under them like a week later because i was worried i was gonna sever something in my thigh from the chaffing. and i didn’t get asics tights!
