I started running in 2010 and have (mostly) kept it a habit ever since!

PM: 8.2 miles, 4 fast with Darek and John.  Hot again!  Fortunately, only in the mid 80s.  I had no goals today so I suggested half-mile repeats, as it's easy and mindless.  I know I am getting closer to being recovered, but it's still not smart to hammer anything.  Workout was 8 x half mile with 2:00 recoveries.  I ended up with longer recoveries since they were a bit behind me on each, so it's probably safer to say they ended up being equal recoveries.

Splits- 2:38, 2:39, 2:29, 2:34, 2:34, 2:36, 2:36, 2:34

The workout was not taxing, although I could do without the heat and humidity.  The majority of the intervals had some type of incline in them, so that made it a bit more fun than normal.  Next week it will be time to start getting serious.  I believe I am ready for that.
