AM: 10 miles
Woke up late because I was busy watching Eliud Kipchoge run a 1:59:40. I have been reading a bunch of message boards out of excitement- some people are super salty about this race and are not as happy as I figured. From my perspective, he could definitely do it in a regular race setting with terrific conditions (which he didn't even have today) and some competition.
The happier end of it- I went out for a late/noon run- which in Florida is generally a bad idea- but I saw a ton of people out running, which is quite abnormal, so I suppose the morning news was pretty motivating for most.
