AM: 10 miles total with a workout: 5x1200 with 2:00 minute strict recoveries.

PM: 7.5 miles total with a workout with John: 6x800 with 200m recoveries.
Splits- 2:48, 2:48, 2:42, 2:39, 2:38, 2:37
Did not reach in the tank at all. The last split in the AM I did mentally check out of before I started it however, but it was still pretty easy (I just didn't want to do it!)
