AM: 4 miles
PM: 13.2 miles on the treadmill doing inclines. 7:30/mi pace. Sometimes I enjoy the treadmill, while sometimes I feel like it's leading me to lose my mind. This was a former situation.

I'm the same way with the treadmill. Inclines and speed changes are the way to go. I like to break them up into increasing speeds based on minutes, changing .5 MPH every 5-20 minutes. Been a while since I have been in any sort of shape to do those, but I like them.
