PM: so I’ve been really wanting to let loose, so I headed onto the treadmill and got off some energy. The workouts yesterday just didn’t fill me up. I figured, I’ve got nothing to train for, so what’ the heck- go nuts. Workout was 5:00 on, 90 seconds jog, 6:00 on, 90 seconds jog, 7:00 on, all at 5:00/mile pace. I was pleased. I enjoyed the time progression and the mental side of the treadmill workout. The fan and the air conditioning was also a nice touch. |
