I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

I'm no longer acclimated to warm weather.  Damn you Southern Califormia for making me soft!

3 mile PT test had me gasping for air and I passed by the skin of my teeth. 

Pushups, situps, pullups all need work but I passed.

Swim was okay, but I passed.

Nothing to write home about.  Probably not blog-worthy either.
