No running today just an update. My hip is doing better but I'm still not running much. Everyday I walk at least 3 miles and alternate it with a little running but although the pain is mainly gone, it swells up around Wed. or Thurs. each week so I don't dare push it too much. Some days I'm actually walking in the mornings and evenings for a total of 6 miles a day, so I guess although the progress is slow, it is coming!! |
