| | So I did not sleep very well last night, and have not been feeling well all day. I don't think I'm coming down with anything I think it's just the lack of sleep. So I knew that I better take it a bit easy today. Just did 4 miles on the eliptical then a mile in the treadmill. Little bit of weights, lots of stretching, and that's all I wanted to do, maybe it's the gray day that's also got me in a funk.

| | Had a great nights sleep and man it really help me feel better. Weird how sleep, or lack of it effects me. It was a beautiful day!!! My first day in shorts!! But boy do I have the whitest legs! | | Got a late start tonight, had an appointment after work. So I just ran the loop at my house. I can tell that I'm feeling better because I was able to take the hills at a much better pace then before. It felt pretty good to not have to walk at all :) !!! Was a bit colder then yesterday I was going to wear shorts again but as I was standing outside waiting for my garmin to find the satilight, the breeze was just too much, by the end I was pretty warm but I don't think I could have handeled the run in shorts. 5.18 miles - 49:05 laps: 10:01, 9:07, 9:05, 9:54, 9:12, 9:33

| | Tonight was a pretty good run, there was one pretty bad thing, I forgot my sports bra. I was temped to go commando, I don't have much in that department, but I wore my regular one instead. I like running the parkway in Ogden now that the snow has melted off it. I usually run the upper half, more people are on that path, but the past few times I have run the lower part. It's pretty going around the 21st street pond, but tonight as I was going around the back something caught my attention and spooked me, it ended up being a few deer. Then about a mile later I was coming around a corner and I could see something by a tree. I thought it was a person but as I got to it... it was just a bag someone hung on the tree. I figured I'd had enough spookiness so I turned around after that. | | Goal today was slow and long... and I did pretty well!! This is the longest miles I have run in a while. It felt good to be able to plod along at my snail speed :) I didn't have to stop and walk any hills! I ran the entire time!
