Got a late start tonight, had an appointment after work. So I just ran the loop at my house. I can tell that I'm feeling better because I was able to take the hills at a much better pace then before. It felt pretty good to not have to walk at all :) !!! Was a bit colder then yesterday I was going to wear shorts again but as I was standing outside waiting for my garmin to find the satilight, the breeze was just too much, by the end I was pretty warm but I don't think I could have handeled the run in shorts. 5.18 miles - 49:05 laps: 10:01, 9:07, 9:05, 9:54, 9:12, 9:33
