Got a late start tonight, had an appointment after work. So I just ran the loop at my house. I can tell that I'm feeling better because I was able to take the hills at a much better pace then before. It felt pretty good to not have to walk at all :) !!! Was a bit colder then yesterday I was going to wear shorts again but as I was standing outside waiting for my garmin to find the satilight, the breeze was just too much, by the end I was pretty warm but I don't think I could have handeled the run in shorts.

You are speedy. I'm glad that you're feeling better.

I don't think you could acuratly call me speedy LOL but I am feeling quite a bit better. I'm down a couple of pounds (got more to go though) and lots of the muscle fatigue is going away, still there a bit but nothing like awhile ago.

I did try to keep a bit faster/steadier pace. It was by no means speed work, but it felt pretty good.

Speedy girl! I think your shins were just depressed over this whole winter thing. We are probably going to get missed this next storm. Maybe a drizzle. I sure hope you don't get walloped tonight!
