I had a class in Logan so I knew that I needed to make my circut training a bit shorter. I opted to cut .5 from my warm-up and cool down. I was still a tiny bit late :(
1.5 warm-up at 9:30 AP

had to potty... then did three sets of bench

Had to deal with another person getting on the treadmill I was using when I had left it to go do some weights. Again there were plenty of open treadmills so why get on the one that has a water bottle, a pen and paper (to write my times) and is all sweaty... Trust me on that one... it gets pretty gross by the end. |
