Did my circuit/speed workout tonight. It went pretty well, except for one time that I had got off the treadmill to do one of my weight circuits... a guy tried to hop on my treadmill. Just as I was getting back to it he was getting on, so when I tried to get my water bottle and stuff, he got off. I told him it was OK but glad that that he got off. I was thinking as I got back on... there was plenty other empty treadmills but he wanted the one with a water bottle and all my stuff on it... just weird. My heel started hurting on the cool down part of my run.
