Ran after work... my normal route on the parkway. I think I may have to change what my normal route is, or change the distance on the parkway and do part on the treadmill at the gym. I'm still trying to figure out what I will do. The change in time has made it get too dark at the end of my run and I'm not comfortable running there when it's dark. Like I said I will be rethinking what I'm going to do.

The run felt pretty good, I have been icing my heel so it didn't bug too much. Hip felt better since the massage, so I hope that holds for a while.

Pretty good pace Metcalf.

Glad you're feeling better - at least a little. NICE pace for those miles! Running in a place like that after dark could get scary, good and bad things for DLS time!

Those of us who run in the morning are happy for the earlier sunrise, but the flip side is that you evening runners have to deal with the earlier sunset.

I'm glad your heel and hip are feeling better. I hope they both get all better.

I'm glad the hip is a bit better. Lets hope we all make it through these darker months. Its only the beginning, and already it seems like forever.
