Been having some restless sleep the past few nights. Even though I'm getting enough hours I think the quality of my sleep is not good. Anyway because I was already up... and because I'm babysitting my grandson today and didn't need to be up as early. I was able to run in the morning. And what a beautiful morning it was. I thought to myself that I probably didn't even need a head light because the moon was so bright. But I still had it... I'm too worried that cars won't see me. My left heel with the PF bugged for about the first mile then eased off. I almost went back home, but it eased off enough to keep going. Anyway my grandson is napping now... I'm having a great time with him!!!

The moon was really bright in Utah, too? Wow! I'm amazed because I live so far away from you. LOL!

Congratulations on a beautiful early morning run. Have fun with your grandson today! Does that mean you don't have to go to work today?
