I decided to do my circut/yasso workout today because tomorrow I have a massage after work... I'm hoping to get my run accomplished on my lunch break, keep your fingers crossed for me. It's supposed to be cold tomorrow, weather looks like it will be in low 20's at munch time. Guess I better pack warm gear. 2 mile warm up at 9:40 pace .50 - 3:57 3 sets 12-15 reps bench and tricepts .50 - 3:55 3 set 12-15 reps 2 different back machines .50 - 3:55 abs and planks .50 3:56 3 sets 12-15 reps lungs with bicept curls .50 - 3:57 2 1/2 miles at 9:13 pace streatch and a bit more abs There you have it felt pretty good. Think I might add one more speed bit next week.
