Left my garmin on the counter this morning so this was a low tech run... It was a lovely night out and I did my regular parkway route which I think is between 6.5 and 7. My hip was bugging extra buggy tonight... I go for a massage later this week, I hope it will help.

Massages always seem to help, it might just be a mental thing, but I swear I feel TONS better. Good luck with the hip and NICE miles!

Nice garminless run. I'm sorry to hear about the buggy hip. This seems to be a chronic condition.

Yes the hip is good dome days and not so good on others... then somtimes it's down right annoying. I don't really know what to do for it. I think I will go to the doc... then it feels better so I don't... then it bugs again. Today it's still hurting. I'm wondering if it's arthritis and the weather is doing this to it.
